for CASKETS AND BRONZE

CASKETS will be shipped the same day or the next morning and will usually arrive at the major airport nearest you within 36 hours, depending on connections. The total time from placement of the order until ready for airport pickup is 36-48 hours. You will need to make arrangements to pick up the casket at the freight terminal and deliver to the funeral home.

BRONZE GRAVE MARKERS AND VASES (if one is ordered) are shipped direct from the foundry via one of the parcel delivery services to you or directly to the cemetery. You will need to make arrangements with the cemetery for placement of the marker. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery

GRANITE HEAD STONES AND MONUMENTS are shipped direct from the engraver via a truck delivery service. You will need to make arrangements with the cemetery for off loading the truck and placement of the head stone or monument. We use a global shipping company that delivers anywhere in the world. We charge separately for shipping so we can pass their low shipping rates (due to volume) directly on to you.

VASES are shipped direct from the marble company via a parcel delivery service to you or the cemetery. We generally use clear silicone adhesive to attach marble and granite vases to the granite markers and monuments.

PHOTOS are sent to us and we will have them made for you. We need a size 5"x7" or 6"x8" of the sharpest, best quality you have either B&W or color. The photo will be incorporated into the marker or monument. The actual photo will be preserved and will be returned to you. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
